Фронтовик проходил военную службу в 40-ой артиллерийской зенитной Дивизии в городе Пенза. Окончание войны встретил в Норвегии.
В 1950 году демобилизовался и приехал работать в город Ростов-на-Дону. Более 25 лет проработал на заводе ГПЗ-10.
Ветеран награжден орденом Отечественной войны II-ой степени.
А еще Федор Ильич родился 9 мая 1926 года.
Храбрость, мужество, самоотверженность наших героев являются для нас источником бесконечной благодарности и вдохновения. Всегда будем помнить их подвиг и вклад в Великую Победу!
