Читаю в комментариях отзывы на закон «О психологической помощи» и вижу, что некоторых очень пугает его принятие. Напрасно! Советую посмотреть небольшое видео с нашего «Круглого стола» по обсуждению законопроекта.

Вот таких контор, которые за 110 тысяч рублей выдают диплом психолога, быть не должно. Люди не должны страдать от непрофессионалов.

They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
