Идея принадлежит депутату Эмилю Токтошеву. Цена разрешения на подъем, по его задумке, будет зависеть от типа маршрута, длительности и локации.
По словам нардепа, это нужно, чтобы массовый туризм не испортил экологию.
Поможет ли это природе стать чище, а бюджету — толще, пока под вопросом.
