Меня в этой связи, уважаемый Игорь Юрьевич, вот что волнует: если официальный Ереван "замораживает" свое членство в ОДКБ, но не выходит из состава Организации (как у Троцкого "ни мира, ни войны"), то может ли ОДКБ на период паузы в отношениях "заморозить" свои обязательства в плане коллективной безопасности в адрес Армении?
