В Суджанском районе Курской области в результате обстрелов разрушен монастырь, погиб один человек

О разрушении Свято-Николаевского Белогорского мужского монастыря и гибели одного человека во время эвакуации сообщил игумен Питирим.

«Монастырь разбит. Разрушены монастырский собор, второй храм, корпуса монашеские. Пытаемся эвакуироваться. Во время эвакуации один человек погиб. Мы связывались с властями, нам обещали оказать помощь», — сообщил настоятель храма.

Ранее игумен сообщал, что в монастыре укрываются 15 священнослужителей. Сейчас им удалось покинуть территорию. Во время эвакуации погиб мужчина по имени Сергей.
