8 июля этого года Второй Западный окружной военный суд Москвы приговорил режиссера Евгению Беркович и драматурга Светлану Петрийчук за «оправдание терроризма» в спектакле «Финист Ясный Сокол» к шести годам колонии.
Сегодня Апелляционный военный суд в подмосковной Власихе уменьшил приговоры режиссеру Евгении Беркович и драматургу Светлане Петрийчук. Суд исключил обвинение «в публикации пьесы».
Беркович приговорили к 5,7 годам колонии, Петрийчук — к 5 годам и 10 месяцам.
