Глава Николаевского района Анатолий Леонов сегодня на спешно созванном совещании по поводу нападения своры псов на 10-летнюю школьницу сообщил,что ещё в январе направил в администрацию Хабаровского края предложение выделить финансирование для строительства модульного приюта для собак. На дворе - 2025 год. Более шести лет прошло после вступления в силу "гуманного закона", который зооактивистам был "нужен прямо сейчас". А чиновник вспомнил, что надо бы денег попросить.

Лучше бы он в Госдуму или в заксобрание написал и предложил изменить закон, который ему предписывает выпускать хищных зверей в комфортную городскую среду
