The Southern Federal District Military Court have found him guilty of burning a Z-banner, and throwing a “symbolic” Molotov cocktail at the stone steps of the Krasnodar FSB building.
The sentence specifies that Paskar will spend the first three years in prison, and then the remaining five and a half in a strict-regime colony.

There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
