Тогда на фоне обвинений в воровстве денег от управления фондом была отстранена депутатка местного парламента Иоганна-Мария Лехтме, сам он объявил о закрытии только этой осенью.
Украинская прокуратура считает, что 43-летний Геннадий Васьков, бывший заместитель мэра Львова по финансовым вопросам, присвоил 411 000 евро из переведенных: он предоставлял услуги вроде пошива одежды и ремонта транспорта по сильно завышенным ценам.
Васьков покинул Украину в марте 2024 года и уже не возвращался, сообщают украинские СМИ, его соцсети не обновлялись с того же периода.
