Он станет межвузовской дискуссионной и просветительской площадкой, где студенты смогут познакомиться с передовыми коммуникационными технологиями, приобрести журналистские навыки и узнать больше о России. Центр открылся на базе Института журналистики и коммуникаций.
В церемонии участвовали ректор КНУ Догдурбек Чонтоев, замминистра образования Свердловской области РФ Ирина Серкова, советник посольства РФ Сергей Храмов, директор Института журналистики КНУ Ширин Костюк и депутаты Свердловской области.
