Выходцы из Центральной Азии собирали сведения об объекте теракта, приобрели машину, поместили в нее баллоны с пропаном и приступили к изготовлению СВУ. При задержании террористы оказали сопротивление и были ликвидированы ответным огнем.
Пр месту их проживания изъяты оружие, боеприпасы и элементы взрывного устройства.
