"Очевидно, что эта ситуация говорит о том, что, возможно, технические возможности по приему самолета были плохими, <…> возможно, на самолете из-за чего-то возникли помехи, возможно, из-за какой-то осечки. Но это чисто следственное предположение, которое позволяет нам сформировать направление для расследования".
