По словам Текслера, по Магнитогорску предусмотрено снижение выбросов на 23%, рекультивация помойки дасттолько треть этой цифры. Напомним, магнитогорская городская свалка площадью 35 га начала работать в 1953 году. Естественно, отходы периодически горят, отравляя и без того плохой воздух в городе.
