Развитием локации изначально занимались Capital Group и «Кортрос». Затем к ним присоединилась петербургская Legenda, за ней — «Мангазея». И вот теперь эту веселую компашку пополнил Plus Development.
Plus Development известен по проекту комплекса «Детали» в Новой Москве. Недавно девелопер выкупил у Capital Group 6,5 га на Дубнинской улице (кстати, запланированный на участке квартал застройщик обещает вывести на рынок уже в этом году!).
