Медиарейтинг построен на основе базы СМИ, включающей более 72 тыс. Его результаты отличаются от итогового «Национального рейтинга мэров», но в целом расклад не меняют. Градоначальники Ставрополя и Грозного — лучшие в СКФО по итогам 2021 г.
