Legenda получила положительное заключение экспертизы по проекту строительства первой очереди ЖК «Северный порт» на Ленинградском шоссе.

Согласно проектным решениям, в первой очереди будут возведены 3 корпуса переменной этажности, высотой от 19 до 58 этажей, где разместятся 1172 квартиры.

Комплекс будет построен по адресу: Ленинградское шоссе, вл. 57.

Архитектура проекта разработана бюро KAMEN Architects.

Завершение первого этапа запланировано на 2027 год.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report.
