Напомню, что в 2021 году на участке было согласовано строительство делового центра на 20 000 м² и предельной высотой в 55 метров. Но городу нужны доминанты, а девелоперу льготы по программе строительства мест приложения труда.

However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
