На участке 0,36 га можно будет построить премиальный жилой комплекс общей площадью 18 200 м².
Как следует из схемы генерального плана будущей застройки, комплекс будет иметь оригинальную ступенчатую архитектуру. Жаль, что авторы проекта нам пока не известны. Но, судя по архитектурной форме и пластике каскадных выступов, можем предположить, что над проектом работает бюро «Цимайло, Ляшенко и Партнеры».
Напомню, что сейчас на земельном участке находится недостроенное представительство Карачаево-Черкесской Республики.
