Детский сад на 200 мест в районе Внуково построят в этом году

Трехэтажный детский сад появится в районе Внуково Новомосковского административного округа, сообщил заместитель мэра столицы по вопросам градостроительной политики и строительства Владимир Ефимов.

По его словам, здание площадью почти 3,9 тыс. кв. м разместится на участке в 6,7 тыс. «квадратов».

«Объект будет рассчитан на 200 воспитанников. Завершить строительство планируется до конца 2025 года. Девелопер возведет объект по договору с городом и по окончании работ передаст его в систему столичного образования», – сказал Владимир Ефимов.
