Сегодняшний понедельник можно официально провозгласить Днём жестянщика и транспортного коллапаса. После серьёзного снегопада на дорогах много аварий, а Пенза встала в огромных пробках. Особенно большие заторы на окраинах. Народ, опаздавший на работу, учёбу и по делам на чём свет стоит ругает МБУ Пензавтодор. Не почистили, не посыпали, не готовы. Ради справедливости скажем, что не только они виноваты. Некоторые водители до сих пор не переобулись, да и вообще на дорогах сейчас опасно, так что лучше на машине не выезжать. Ничего страшного, к вечеру всё растает, и поплывём.
