Прошлый раз сбой в работе Viber произошел 21 октября. Тогда больше всего сообщений о неполадках поступило от пользователей из Москвы (21%), Санкт-Петербурга (14%), Краснодарского края и Самарской области (6%), Нижегородской и Челябинской областей (4%), а также Свердловской области и Пермского края (2%). Пользователи не могли отправлять и получать сообщения.
