UPD: Губернатор Техаса выступил с заявлением. Он рассказал, что стрелка звали Сальвадор Рамос, ему было 18 лет. Полиция ликвидировала его после перестрелки. Он убил 18 детей и учителя, а также ранил свою бабушку.
