Специально к Российской креативной неделе бренд-шеф Tunguska Николай Бобров создал гастрономический сет из трёх блюд, вдохновлённый работами современных красноярских художников.
Николай представил свои интерпретации произведений, воплощённые в курсах сета:

• Анна Рейнхардт, серия работ «Облако Оорта», «Метаморфозы»
Корзинки с икрой из белых грибов / мусс из карамелизированного топинамбура / сушёные белые грибы / чипсы из топинамбура

• Александр Блосяк, «Терзание»
Фермерский цыплёнок / севиче из красного лука / соус на основе греческого йогурта / куриный жу / пряная зелень

• Анастасия Рыбакова, работы из серии «Урожай» - «Подземная прогулка» и «Рукопожатие»
Молодая морковь с мёдом и кофе в карамельном соусе / мусс из сезонной тыквы с юдзу / сырный ганаш с белым шоколадом и трюфелем / кедровые орехи

Стоимость сета из трёх блюд – 1878р, попробовать его можно до 30 ноября.
