Объективно...

Китай дешевле, легче ЩШТФ на 0.5 кг, меньше область защиты. По краям броника с такой плитой защиты НЕТ! Держит 7.62 мм Б-32 при стрельбе с 5 м.

ЩШТФ на 0.5 кг тяжелее, больше область защиты, меньше запреградка, держит 7.62 мм Б-32 и сертифицирован как Бр5.

Субъективно...

Если бы мне штатно выдали ЩШТФ, то ничего бы другого я никогда и не искал. А так... Если ничего такого нет, в бронежилете стальные листы и денег не густо, то берем Китай. А если все же богаты, то ЩШТФ.

ЩШТФ дороже Китая примерно в 4 раза.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not.
