По его словам, за третий квартал цены на первичном рынке выросли на 0,4%, а на вторичном - снизились на 0,8%. С начала года цены на новостройки увеличились на 7%, но с учетом инфляции - на 1,2%. Стасишин отметил, что темпы роста цен на первичном рынке снижаются. Кроме того, цены на стройматериалы также увеличились, но медленнее чем в прошлом году.
