Только на днях писал о похожих колл-центрах на Филиппинах и Украине. На Филиппинах тоже всем заправляли граждане Израиля. Вероятно, и в Днепре - известном мошенническом колл-центре, дела контролируют эти уважаемые люди (в Днепре они вообще всё контролируют)
Возможно, речь идёт о какой-то глобальной сети таких колл-центров? Внешние сходства абсолютно явные:
- модный офис с отличным техническим оснащением - огромная многонациональная команда - работают на нескольких языках - разводят по всему миру
