«Светлая будет полоса»: на фестивале «Зона Свободы» в Вильнюсе прошел концерт Noize MC.
Фестиваль открыл Илья Шепелин с лекцией об истории политических репрессий в России.
Ксения Фадеева, Лилия Чанышева, Ая Ниязова и Анастасия Шевченко рассказали о своем опыте заключения.
Также на мероприятии выступил Иван Жданов, который рассказал о «делах ФБК».
Кроме того, в дискуссиях приняли участие представители организаций «АвтозакLive», «ФАС», «СК-СОС», «Сквозь Стену», «Весна», «Поддержка политзеков. Мемориал», Solidarité Free Azat, а также рассказали свои истории родственники политических заключенных.
Подводя итоги:

In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
