Как человек начавший смотреть трилогию с "If..." ответственно подтверждаю — Вещь.

Как и со всяким редким примером (особенно в наши то дни) хорошего кино глаза разбегаются для выбора сцены под иллюстрацию.
Видно, что снимали с любовью, не хуже чем "Кутерьму" Майкла Ли~~бермана~~.

Тут вам и казарма с розгами, урнингией и круговой порукой, и будущий Чикатило (сыгранный престарелым Макдауэлом, да) под портретом загримированного Ленина развлекающего себя стрельбой в стену, и милитаристские развлечения, снятые ТАК, что любой желающий снять злобный шарж на англичан и их культуру при виде этих сцен будет стоять по стойке смирно очи долу, ибо сильнее выпороть их просто нереально, и... и...

Так что настоятельно рекомендую.
