Губернатор региона Олег Кожемяко решил заманить медработников доплатами. Он предложил добавить к заработной плате врачей 30 тысяч рублей, а среднему персоналу - 15 тысяч рублей.
К вопросу подключилась и глава профильного ведомства Анастасия Худченко: «Традиционно в Находке самая больная история - это кадровая. Помните, мы говорили о том, чтобы точечно сделать меры соцподдержки медикам Находки. Давайте попробуем».
Если эта «больная история» стала уже традиционной, то может министру и губернатору надо бы уже не «пробовать», а делать? Одними выплатами людей не заманишь, нужно думать и об условиях труда тоже.
