Тамбовское Следственное управление СК РФ возбудило уголовное дело по факту хищения бюджетных денег при реализации концессионного соглашения о строительстве школы в Бокино — «исчезли» 260 млн. руб. аванса.

Договор концессии был подписан в мае 2023 г. «министром» образования Тамбовской области Татьяной Котельниковой и генеральным директором ООО «Двадцать шестая концессионная компания «Просвещение» Алексеем Шаповаловым.
Школа на 1100 мест должна была быть сдана к 31 декабря 2024 г.
На середину ноября 2024 г. строительство стоит на нулевом цикле.
Проблему с строительством Татьяна Котельникова признала только в конце августа 2024 г.
О том, что ООО срывает сроки сдачи аналогичных объектов в других регионах России, я предупреждал Максима Егорова в феврале 2023 г. (см. ссылку).
Никакого контроля за строительством организовано не было.
Вина целиком и полностью лежит на Татьяне Котельниковой.
