Гидрофильное маслице The Act я попробовала ещё давно, и с уверенностью могу сказать - кайфовое. Вообще им можно смывать любой макияж: spf, тональник, водостойкую косметику. Но я тональным не пользуюсь, только консилер, а вот для глаз подходит отлично, тушь удаляет, кожа не стянутая, состав натуральный 🤩 В целом все от акт хорошего качества
