🚧 Shu sababli, joriy yilning 18-sentyabr kunidan 15-oktyabr kuniga qadar Bobur koʻchasining ushbu qismida avtotransport vositalarining harakati cheklanishini ma'lum qilamiz.
Haydovchilardan noqulayliklar uchun uzr so'rab, aylanma yo'llardan foydalanishlarini tavsiya etamiz.

⚠️Часть улицы Бабура будет временно ограничена для движения автотранспорта
⚠️ В целях стабильного обеспечения потребителей энергоресурсами в городе Ташкенте планируется прокладка подземных высоковольтных кабельных сетей высокого напряжения 110 кВ от пересечения улицы Бобура с улицей Шота Руставели до пересечения с улицей Нукус.
🚧 В связи с этим сообщаем, что с 18 сентября по 5 октября текущего года движение автотранспортных средств на данном участке улицы Бабура будет ограничено.
Приносим извинения за неудобства и рекомендуем водителям использовать объездные дороги.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
