С января 2026 года самозанятым могут разрешить брать больничный. Минтруд предложил запустить трёхлетний эксперимент, в рамках которого самозанятые, уплачивающие налог на профессиональный доход, смогут получать пособие по временной нетрудоспособности.
Пособие будет выплачиваться в случае болезни, травмы или необходимости ухода за больным членом семьи.
