Речь идет о запрете фильмов и публикаций в СМИ с пропагандой отрицания семейных ценностей и нетрадиционных сексуальных отношений. Таким образом, институт семьи защитят не только от беснования содомитов, но и так называемых «чайлдфри» (идеология семейной жизни без детей). Соответствующий документ внесла группа депутатов от трех разных фракций.
В пояснительной записке к проекту сказано: «Пропаганда нетрадиционных сексуальных отношений приняла в современной России широкое распространение, она ведется как через средства массовой информации, так и через активное проведение общественных мероприятий, онлайн-кинопоказов, и демонстрации таких отношений в кино, представляющих такое девиантное поведение, как норму».
Ранее Хинштейн сообщил, что думский комитет по информполитике предлагает ввести полный запрет пропаганды нетрадиционных отношений в СМИ, интернете и кино безотносительно к возрасту аудитории.
