Главной локацией «Праздника света и обыкновенных чудес» стала обновленная усадьба Гусевых на Славянской, 4, где весь год проходили разные культурные мероприятия.
В эти праздники будет рождественская ярмарка, семейные чтения сказок, вечер гаданий, лекции и мастер-классы и многое другое. Также по кварталу Церкви Трех Святителей действуют тематические аудиовизуальный маршрут и экскурсии.
