У жительницы Самары, бывшего руководителя Корпорации развития Самарской области и помощницы экс-главы региона Владимира Артякова, мошенники выманили более ₽421 млн, обвинив её в финансировании ВСУ. В течение нескольких дней пенсионерка снимала деньги в банке и передавала их злоумышленникам. В итоге полиция задержала троих мошенников, четвертый объявлен в розыск.
Также задержанные признались, что нашли «подработку» через мессенджер: они переводили деньги анонимному работодателю, оставляя себе процент. Похищенные средства уже выведены из страны, их местонахождение неизвестно. Возбуждено уголовное дело.
