Я вообще-то консерватор в еде, но импровизации очень люблю. Делюсь секретами моего идеально вкусного оливье:
✔Вместо колбасы можно выбрать другие варианты: креветки, отварное мясо, запеченную куриную грудку;
✔ Всегда запекаю овощи для салата, а не варю. Это не только вкуснее, но и полезнее;
✔Используйте вкусный соус. Я люблю делать домашний майонез, но иногда использую альтернативные варианты: 🟤сметана и майонез 50/50 🟤топовый соус для всех салатов
А тем, кто при слове «майонез» вздрагивает, тому советую прочитать мой пост, чтобы попрощаться с еще одной фобией.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows.
