Законопроєктом N9032-1 пропонується оподатковувати кожен 1 літр напою сумою в 0,1 євро. Це стосується мінеральних та газованих напоїв з доданням цукру чи інших підсолоджувальних або ароматичних речовин. Податок будуть платити виробник та імпортер напоїв.
Це має зменшити кількість споживання подібних напоїв, які можуть зашкодити здоров’ю.
