Поздравляем с днем рождения Артема Николаевича Катулина!

Сложно подсчитать, сколь весомый вклад он и его команда УЦТМ @uctm_official за все время работы центра, а уж с началом СВО интенсивность увеличилась в разы - помогала не только словом, методикой, но и необходимыми компонентами для возможности спасать жизни на передовой и тылу.

В узком мире спецподразделений наверно не найти такого отряда, в котором хоть краешком уха о нем не слышали! Увы, в 21 веке в бой до сих пор вступают не роботы, а люди. Люди, как в компьютерной игре, не восстанавливаются после смерти, поэтому учитесь у лучших!

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
