В рамках расследования уголовного дела о нападении 11 июля этого года стаи собак на 7-летнюю жительницу Углегорска (ч. 1 ст. 293 УК РФ — халатность) предъявлено обвинение директору МКУ «Управление территорией Шахтёрска» Дмитрию Бабию, сообщает АСТВ.
По данному факту Бабий записал видеообращение, в котором отрицает свою вину.
Расследование данного уголовного дела продолжается. Напомним, что оно находится на контроле СК РФ.
