🔹عزیز حبیبی، سرپرست معاونت توسعه مدیریت و منابع استانداری اردبیل گفت: با توجه به تداوم برودت هوا در برخی استان‌ها و نیز به‌منظور صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و براساس تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان اردبیل، روز شنبه ۲۲ دی ۱۴۰۳ همه مدارس، دانشگاه‌ها، دستگاه‌های اجرایی، بانک‌ها (با تعیین شعب کشیک خدمات‌رسان) و مؤسسات دولتی و غیردولتی استان (به جز دستگاه‌های خدمات‌رسان) تعطیل اعلام می‌شود.
🔹وی افزود: این تعطیلی شامل عدم برگزاری امتحانات در مراکز آموزشی اعم از مدارس و دانشگاه‌ها و همچنین عدم برگزاری همایش‌ها و سمینارها نیز می‌شود.

The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
