В блестяще-золотом стиле свой подъезд отремонтировали сами жители. На перилах теперь красуется золото, стены сделаны с трафаретом в виде роз на перламутровой серебряной краске, а двери одной из квартир украшают помпезные вензеля. Не забыли и о почтовых ящиках. Они тоже теперь в золоте.
Дизайнерский шедевр находится на Коммунистическом проспекте 38.
