در این کارگاه که بصورت تخصصی به بررسی فصول و قوانین کد گذاری در ICD-۱۱ پرداخته شد، دکتر ساجد عربیان با اشاره به اهمیت ارتقای سطح دانش و مهارت‌های کدگذاری، ابراز امیدواری کرد که شرکت‌کنندگان بتوانند از این تجربه بهره‌مند شوند و به بهبود سیستم‌های بهداشتی و درمانی کشور کمک کنند.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
