А курировал АО «Оборонэнерго» его давний дружок, сидящий в СИЗО Тимур Иванов. Минобороны владеет «Оборонэнерго» через АО «Гарнизон», которым занимался непосредственно бывший замминистра. Так что шерстить его будут наряду с другими.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
