Дороже всего новостройки стоят в Москве (351 тыс. рублей за кв. м), Санкт-Петербурге (247 тыс.) и Московской области (191 тыс.).
Самые низкие цены среди крупнейших регионов зафиксированы в Волгоградской, Челябинской и Самарской областях — от 119 тыс. до 127 тыс рублей.

They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
