Как сказано в постановлении суда, житель Барановичей «умышленно организовал массовое мероприятие в виде шествия группы граждан в количестве около 20 человек», которые играли на музыкальных инструментах, танцевали и пели песни «без соответствующего разрешения Барановичского горисполкома».
На заседание суда местный житель не явился, однако в постановлении суда сказано, что свою вину он признал.
