Телеграм-канал силовиков опубликовал видео с задержанным. На камеру мужчина говорит, что был задержан за подписки на "экстремистские" ресурсы во Вконтакте и комментарии. За это ранее он был осужден по ст.19.11 КоАП.
Сейчас его обвиняют по уголовной статье за оскорбление представителя власти (ст.369 УК).

However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
