8 августа Ленинский суд Бреста вынесен очередной приговор за акцию протеста 10 августа 2020 года в Бресте. Это уже 6я группа людей, которых за протест того дня судили по ст.342 УК. Как следует из пресс-релиза суда, в отношении них судья Андрей Грушко постановил:
▪️братья Оверчук Леонид и Оверчук Матвей — по полтора года колонии ▪️Литвинчук Олег — также полтора года колонии ▪️Гудкова Алевтина — 1 год колонии
Таким образом, уже известно про 37 осужденных по статье 342 УК за брестские протесты, проходившие 10 августа 2020 года. По такой статье за протесты того дня судят с формулировками "выкрикивали лозунги, демонстрировали полотна бело-красно-белого цвета, выходили на проезжую часть" — то есть людей судят за реализацию права на мирный протест.
