Месяц тому в Березе осудили еще 2 человек за протесты, проходившие с 10 на 11 августа 2020 года в Березе. Это был суд по ст.342 УК (так называемое "Групповое нарушение общественного порядка"). Роль судьи исполняла Наталья Минченко.
Лукашенко Илья Витальевич и Чуриков Анатолий Александрович были осуждены к колонии (на какой срок — неизвестно). Про приговор стало известно только сейчас из березовской районки.
Прокуратура утверждает, что это приговор "за действия экстремистского характера". Мы утверждаем, что это приговор за реализацию березовчанами своего права на мирный протест.

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
