28 мая в суде Брестского р-на гособвинители Ярошик и Плышевский просили судью Маручека признать виновными по ч.1 ст.342 УК и назначить следующие наказания: ▪️ Глушень Ольга — 1 год 6 месяцев "домашней химии", находится в СИЗО-7, задержана 3 марта 2021; ▪️ Дорошук Марина, Демидович Роман, Марчук Светлана, Крамчанина Олеся, Корольчук Виктория —1 год 6 месяцев "домашней химии"; ▪️ Лешко Полина Викторовна (жена) —1 год 6 месяцев "домашней химии"; ▪️ Лешко Андрей Иванович (муж) —1 год 6 месяцев "химии"; ▪️ Синяк Арсений Евгеньевич (сын) — 2 года "химии", при этом с 09.02.2021 находится в СИЗО-7; ▪️ Синяк Евгений Евгеньевич (отец) и Попека Николай Николаевич — 2 года "химии"; ▪️ Яхин Роман — 2 года "домашней химии", при этом с 09.02.2021 мужчина содержится в СИЗО-7.
В отличие от 2-й и 3-й части уже осужденных "хороводников", как видим, прокуроры решили не запрашивать колонию.
